Bellwether's kitchen is a chef driven experience marrying the bold spices of Indian cuisine with classic southern cooking techniques. Our kitchen always sources locally and seasonally so that our food is as delicious and sustainable as possible. We want to be kind to our planet by supporting regenerative farming practices and we compost everything we can back to the farmers as nutrients for the soil.
Full service breakfast and afternoon tea are included every day during your stay at Bellwether.

Oats cooked in vanilla infused oat milk with blueberry & topped with cacao nibs, pistachio, rose petals, & golden milk drizzle.
A thick-cut slice of our house milk bread served with cottage cheese & blueberry chutney with rosemary salt.

Twice cooked and seasoned with sage & banana peppers with a red pepper aioli drizzle.
