Please arrive at The Spa 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled session so our staff can make sure that the experience is exactly as you desire. Arriving late makes it necessary to curtail the time for your treatment in order to accommodate the next session.

Guests have until 24 hours before the scheduled time of any treatment to cancel that treatment. If canceled within 24 hours, the guest will be charged in full for the treatment. Our spa is designed to be a private experience and can only accommodate one guest or set of guests at a time, so late cancelations remove that time slot for any other guest. We will always consider extenuating circumstances.

Kindly refrain from using your mobile phone during any session. Please keep all devices on silent mode at all times.

Please communicate health conditions such as high blood pressure and allergies, as well as pregnancy or any health-related concerns you may have when making your appointment. We do not recommend the consumption of alcohol before or directly after spa treatments, hot baths, or yoga sessions.

We provide all equipment for yoga essential to each practice. We also have blocks, straps, and extra towels upon request. Please make sure to arrive early as to not disturb the practice of others or diminish your experience. All previous etiquette applies.

Bellwether House Investors, LLC (Bellwether House) is not liable for any injury or condition that arises from application of massage or instruction of yoga. Draping will be used during your massage. Only the body area being worked on will be uncovered. It is your choice to receive spa treatments. You realize that the treatment is being given for the well being of your body and mind. You agree to communicate with my service provider any time you feel as though my well-being is being compromised. You understand that the service providers do not diagnose illness, disease, or any physical or mental disorder, nor do they prescribe medical treatment, or pharmaceuticals. You acknowledge that spa services are not a substitute for medical examination or diagnosis, and that it is recommended that you see a primary Health Care provider for that service. You have stated all medical conditions that you am aware of, and will update the service provider of any changes in my health status. you understand that all employees of Bellwether House by law have the right to refuse service on any client at any time, if they feel as though their well-being is compromised. You understand and voluntarily accept the risks associated with the massage and/or any other services along with the use of any of the location’s facilities. Except where prohibited by law; you acknowledge and voluntarily assume the risk of injury, accident or death which may arise from the services provided by Bellwether House or any other program, event or activity therein. You agree Bellwether House will not be liable for death or any injury, including, without limitation, personal, bodily or mental injury, economic loss or damage to me resulting from negligence, other acts in Bellwether House, anyone acting on Bellwether House’s behalf, or anyone using the services of the facilities of Bellwether House, to the fullest extent permitted by law. This agreement together with Bellwether House wellness plan rules and regulations, constitute the entire agreement between you and us and cannot be amended, except in writing by both parties. You and/or any of your heirs, executors, representatives, or assignees hereby release Bellwether House from all claims or liabilities for death, personal injury or property loss or damages of any kind sustained while on the premises, during the use of the spa and/or from any advice or services provided by an employee, independent contractor or any representative of Bellwether House. You agree that this waiver is in effect for all massages, facials and/or any other services, and will not expire unless specifically requested by either party. you understand that Bellwether House is a tranquil and professional environment and that any inappropriate behavior may result in termination of you services without refund.
